Training Dates
Manufactured Home Installer Training Course
The initial training shall consist of 8 hours of classroom instruction.
After completing the classroom training, the applicant shall have an additional 4 hours of hands-on training with an AMHC Field Inspector.
8 hours of continuing education every 2 years is required.

Salesperson Training Course
All new Salesperson applicants must complete an online training course before receiving a license. Licensed Salespersons must retake the course every two years to keep their licenses active.
