Manufactured Home Installer Training Course

The initial training shall consist of 8 hours of classroom training. After the completion of the classroom training, the applicant shall have an additional 4 hours of hands-on training by an AMHC Field Inspector. Continuing education of 8 hours every two years is required.

Salesperson Training Course

All new salespersons must attend a one day (8 hour) course of instruction before receiving an original salespersons license. Each licensed salesperson is required to complete a salespersons training course every two years to maintain a vaild salespersons license.

An online salespersons training course is now available for any salesperson with a valid salespersons license.
